Group classes allow for cooperative learning. Multiple genres and styles incorporated into piano curriculum – pop, contemporary, blues, and classical music instruction included

Elementary & Preschool Age Classes

Early Beginners Piano

For elementary aged students with no previous piano experience. This class will introduce the fundamentals concepts and techniques of piano playing and music making. Best suited for grades K-2.

Elementary School Piano

A piano course for elementary-aged students with 1-3 years of previous piano training. Course will teach the basics of music-making at the piano and develop essential piano playing skills. Best suited for grades 1-3.

Intermediate Piano

A piano course for students with 3-4 years of previous piano experience and/or training. The class focuses on greater playing proficiency, faster note identification, and applied theory. Best suited for grades 4-6.

Preschool Piano

In conjunction with TEDCenter, Trinity’s education and development center, Diaz School of Piano will lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning and engagement in music, through movement, basic piano, and playing percussion instruments.
